When I was a young girl visiting my grandparents’ cottage, I loved to gaze across the lake in the evening hours.

The object of my fixation?

A stately lighthouse that stood so strong and silent. I’d watch the bright beam of light reach out over the powerful waves and wonder how many people had put their faith in that lighthouse and been pulled to a safe harbor.

As I reflect on my career as a business and personal coach, I realize how much of what I do is simply guiding people just like you through a sometimes turbulent, often mystifying environment until you reach the shore you have your sights set on

I provide a nurturing, non-judgmental space where we can be curious together, engage in stimulating conversations and explore and create exciting possibilities outside the realm of your current thoughts.

Today, I coach individuals who want to propel themselves into their own greatness and move forward in their lives. My experience as a successful entrepreneur helps me guide them on their journey towards their personal and work related goals.

My initial client relationship lasts an average of 3 – 8 months and then evolves into a monthly maintenance program designed to help them stay accountable to themselves. The tools and processes I use are field-tested and many have been responsible for a dramatic positive impact in my own life.

With a background that includes 30 years of business ownership, corporate training and of course my own personal and professional development, I have extensive coach training and am a graduate of Coach U and Relationship Coaching Institute. As well I am a member of International Coach Federation, Coaches Canada and International Association of Coaches.

When I’m not coaching, speaking or writing, you’ll find me reading, exploring museums, playing at the gym or soaking up the sun in the sunny south.
